Ayurveda is probably the most well known system of natural medicine.

India and the Himalayas are its cradle.

The word "Ayurveda" has two parts:

"Ayur" comes from Ayush (sounds of healing) and it is the union (Samyoga) of the body (Sharira), the mind (Satva), the soul (Atman) and of senses (Indriya).

"Veda" stems out from the root "Vid" that means knowing, understanding, winning, gaining, acquiring. It also means, presence.

Attention must be given to the way that ancient people referred to its structure, where the meanings of Ayurveda might be even greater than those of common translations.

The root "Vid" for instance, is in our vocabulary - as it is in countless languages, perhaps a little concealed in words like vital (vitalis), evident, visionary, etc. But as we can notice this is just a small part of what the Vedas knew as "Ayur".

As it is in the traditional ayurvedic concept, the Ayurvedic Massage helps to withdraw blockages and unbalances of energy flow in the body.

The Ayurvedic Massage with the given definitions brings about the approach and the fundamental way by which people will have a healthier life.
